Recently, Ms. Liang Ying, the secretary-general of the National Entrepreneurs Cross-industry Alliance, accepted the author’s interview.
Wang Deyin:What was your original intention for a cross-industry alliance?
Liang Ying:In any industry, we must solve the pain points of an industry. Now the physical store industry is very difficult, mainly in the difficulty of attracting traffic and the cost of attracting traffic. High, we set up the National Cross-Industry Alliance to help physical businesses solve the problem of fewer customers. We established an alliance business circle in Nankai District, Tianjin City in the first half of this year. The effect is very good. We began to promote it nationwide in the second half of this year. More than 20 cities have begun to promote at the same time, and we will build another national model market in Enshi City, Hubei Province.
Wang Deyin:Why do consumers go to your affiliate merchants to spend?
Liang Ying: Our cross-industry alliance is equivalent to the offline”Pinduoduo”. We first have a large number of members, and then we go with physical businesses By bargaining, we have obtained the most favorable price for consumers, while also allowing consumers to enjoy the high-quality services of physical stores. Consumers are very willing.
Wang Deyin:How is the overall work progress of the cross-industry alliance?
Liang Ying: We officially launched the national market from August 14th in the second half of this year, and Hubei, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Gansu, Inner Mongolia and other provinces took the lead in launching pilot projects. It is expected to spread across the country after the National Day this year. We are now looking for like-minded people to cooperate with us, because this market is so big.
Wang Deyin:Recently, many physical merchants in various provinces and cities across the country have ran out of cash, what do you think of this?
Liang Ying: I read related reports, and it’s really sad to happen, and consumers don’t dare to go to the merchants to store value. In order to solve this problem, we are actively negotiating with relevant banks. It is expected that after the Spring Festival next year, we will conduct a pilot project in Hubei Province and cooperate with banks to issue stored-value consumer cards. Consumers deposit money in banks and then go to merchants for consumption. In this way, consumers don’t have to fear that merchants will run away with cash payments.
